Holy shiznit, this is so cool thank you.
Felt so hopeless looking for answers to my questions...until now.
A wonderful job. Super helpful information.
Times are changing for the better if I can get this online!
Your posting really straightened me out. Thanks!
I had no idea how to approach this before-now I'm locked and loaded.
In my daily job as a clinical systmes analyst and RN in a local hospital I have always felt that regardless of how I felt about my supervisors or the organization that should, outwardly support them. Then, if I have an issue with them, I take it to them. Think that this is the same sort of relationship that we should have with our pastor. We do not always have to agree with one another, but our congregation should never know that we disagree. This is not to say that we are to be disgenuine, or dishonest with our congregation. I simply mean that outwardly we should be united and our disagreements should happen behind closed doors. As for the clown wig, I would have to
ing up my disagreement, but in the end he is the one called by God to lead our congregation so id he thought it needed to be done (and didn't think he was in need of a psych eval) then I, too, would put on the wig.
