Always a good job right here. Keep rolling on through.
you're right, but your line of thinking is not what I'm tainlkg about. If you're on the team, if you're on staff with a pastor I'd certainly hope that you've done your homework to know if you can trust them.I'm tainlkg about being on a team, being friends, with those who lead with you. If anyone is in a situation where trust has to be built and you're already on staff, then maybe you've jumped the gun. From your comment, it sounds like your situation is one where you've been hurt by leadership and created walls to keep a distance between you and them.I'm not referring to this type of situation, I'm tainlkg about a situation where everyone is on the same page and trust flows freely. Again, if you or anyone else is on a pastoral team and you don't trust one another then something needs to change. We need to quit looking at our pastors as our bosses and begin to look at them as teammates who lead and journey with us. This is the gist of my entire post, not blind loyalty. Thanks for your thoughts.
